“I go; but remember, I shall be with you on your wedding-night”

The nine members of the artist group VERKLIGHETEN continue their tour on the theme “Frankenstein’s monster”. They explore the many sides of the Frankenstein-theme through film, sound, photography, drawing and installation.

At väven, Gerd Aurell will exhibit drawings made on tarp showing documentary material from the village Aapua in Norrbotten. Here the local people camped on a clear-cut in the forest for several weeks in August 1979 to prevent spraying with herbicides. This led to a ban of the herbicide Hormoslyr in Sweden later that fall.
